• Manage end-to-end client engagement in Wing Assistant.
• Convert prospects into clients via structured discovery and value presentations.
• Own full cycle from initial engagement to client readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales or account executive experience in staffing, recruitment, BPO, or managed services.
• Strong discovery and consultative sales skills.
• Comfort with live candidate introductions and real-time client interactions.
• Excellent verbal communication and video presence.
• Highly organized, self-directed, able to own processes end-to-end.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
