🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years as a controls engineer, programmer, or equivalent.
• HVAC and data center cooling control knowledge; chiller plant fundamentals and sequences.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and industrial/commercial control systems.
• Python scripting ability for integration with software team tooling.
• Strong communication to explain complex concepts to non-domain audiences.
• Document ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
