Customs Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support EU export operations with accurate and compliant export documentation
• Coordinate with customs brokers, transport companies, and authorities
• Resolve operational issues, support month-end activities, and improve customs processes through
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, technical, finance, and IT teams
• Handle non-standard shipments, including warranties and returns, and manage duties and
• Contribute to process improvements and ERP enhancements for scalable automation

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years as Customs Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of EU export procedures, rules of origin, and preferential trade agreements
• Experience with EUR.1 certificates, Supplier’s Declarations, T2 procedures
• HS code determination/verification for technical/manufacturing products
• Experience with ERP systems and customs software integrations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex cases independently
