📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM solutions.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable PeopleSoft solutions.
• Investigate complex technical issues and ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team on backlogs, sprints, and daily stand-ups.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Support multiple PeopleSoft releases and modules to adapt to regulatory changes.

• Strong experience in PeopleSoft development.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and ideally FSCM across releases/modules.
• Ability to translate requirements into effective PeopleSoft solutions.
• Experience in regulated, compliance-driven environments.
• Experience in Agile Scrum with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
