📋 Description

• Provide expert SAP HCM Payroll guidance during implementations
• Configure and customize SAP Payroll to client specs and test
• Manage priorities and ensure milestones are met
• Collaborate with clients, PMs, and teams to resolve issues
• Track progress and document project activity
• Apply HR processes and SAP HCM knowledge to payroll solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, especially SAP Payroll
• 2–3 successful SAP HCM support or implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of European payroll processes (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands)
• Ability to configure and support SAP HCM Payroll with quality and compliance
• Understanding HR processes and SAP HCM architecture
• Strong project organization and deadline management
