Senior SAP Support Consultant

📋 Description

• Provide application support to payroll clients through functional advice and troubleshooting.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests via ServiceNow (ITIL-based).
• Perform functional analysis for UK and Ireland payroll processing queries.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate daily activities as a senior team member.
• Act as SPOC for assigned clients, documenting system configurations and payroll cycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with UK and Ireland SAP Payroll (schemas, PCRs, wage types, basic pay).
• Proven experience in SAP Payroll maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration, and support.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of UK/Ireland payroll processes and legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities and meet SLAs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
