Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead and develop the credentialing team with coaching, training, and performance management.
- Oversee provider credentialing, licensing, privileging, re-credentialing, and onboarding.
- Manage workflows: application readiness, file-path assessments, worklists, system updates.
- Coordinate with internal leadership, practices, providers, and external clients to resolve issues.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, implement improvements.
- Lead escalated issues and ensure timely resolutions; conduct audits and quality reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4–6 years in provider credentialing, licensing, privileging, or related healthcare operations.
- Professional CPCS certification preferred.
- Hands-on credentialing software experience; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of credentialing, licensing, privileging, and onboarding processes with
- Demonstrated leadership: coaching, development, motivation, team management.
