Web3 Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, strategy, planning, prioritization, and delivery for crypto-native
• Conduct direct user research with people who spend cryptocurrency.
• Translate user/business needs into specs, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Manage backlog; collaborate with engineering and design end-to-end.
• Decide on networks, wallets, protocols using data and real usage.
• Coordinate initiatives across engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in product management in payments/fintech/commerce.
• Proven track record shipping user-facing products with adoption & business impact.
• Strong e-commerce/payments experience + 1–3 years Web3 exposure.
• 3+ years end-to-end ownership of products.
• Hands-on payments/checkout experience.
• Knowledge of DeFi concepts: vaults, collateral, bridging, gas.
