📋 Description

• Design, train, validate, and deploy PD models and credit-limit strategies.
• Identify ML opportunities in collections, fraud, conversion, and efficiency.
• Analyze data, engineer features, and prepare inputs for modeling.
• Establish model monitoring and evaluate performance and impact.
• Plan and run A/B tests for revenue/efficiency gains.
• Build CV pipelines for document/image processing.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in ML/DS; 3+ years in credit lending.
• Proven PD, credit-limit, fraud, conversion, or collections models.
• Strong COBOL and Python with ML, feature engineering, evaluation.
• SQL: write/optimize complex queries.
• Deep credit lifecycle knowledge: online lending, risk processes.
• Feature sourcing/engineering from complex data.
