• Proven experience building scalable, testable web/mobile apps.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and decision making.
• Experience building or leading high-quality engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership mindset with autonomous execution.
• Experience with Django and React; React Native a plus; Solidity/Ethereum a plus; PostgreSQL
