Senior GIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead large, complex GIS and Geomatics projects from initiation through completion, managing scope
• Coordinate with business units, IT teams, clients, and external partners to establish priorities
• Identify and contribute to new business opportunities by translating GIS and geospatial
• Provide technical leadership to GIS professionals, reviewing deliverables, setting technical
• Apply GIS to interpret legislation, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring data
• Design and implement GIS tools, applications, and automated workflows that incorporate compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a GIS, Geomatics, or similar senior-level role.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or a technical diploma with relevant experience.
• Strong experience managing Geomatics and GIS projects, including coordination with clients and
• Excellent cartographic design skills and the ability to produce clear, accurate mapping products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical
• Experience with ESRI Enterprise Geodatabases and ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, and/or ArcGIS
