📋 Description

• Dynamics 365 CRM Lead and technical SME across North America operations.
• Lead end-to-end CRM initiatives from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
• Coordinate delivery to align with scope, timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to set priorities, resolve issues, and maintain relationships.
• Define and document business requirements, processes, and future-state designs for sales ops
• Guide solution architecture decisions on CRM customization, data models, integrations, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• At least 5 years' post-graduate experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience leading at least one Dynamics 365 CRM implementation including project management.
• At least 2 years developing CRM reporting outputs integrating with Power BI or similar tools.
• Practical knowledge of data migration concepts (ETL/ELT, transformation, mapping).
• Experience designing or supporting integrations via APIs and interfaces; strong CRM architecture
