Equipment Supply Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the overall execution strategy and delivery lifecycle for assigned plant equipment
• Define equipment requirements, goals, milestones, priorities, and delivery plans while maintaining
• Drive equipment delivery according to established cost and schedule commitments, monitor progress
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and ensure deliverables are completed on time, with work
• Develop and implement recovery and get-well plans when cost, schedule, testing, or delivery issues
• Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to develop equipment-specific sourcing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, project management, project delivery, equipment
• Proven experience leading complex project scopes involving multiple teams, organizations
• Strong technical background with the ability to lead teams and make informed decisions across one
• Experience using project management and scheduling tools such as Jira and Primavera P6.
• Strong familiarity with nuclear industry codes, standards, and regulations, including ASME BPVC
