- Review security/filing docs for completeness
- File documents with County/State entities
- Maintain detailed filing records and correspondence
- Verify client-provided docs for accuracy to finalize filings
- Communicate with external parties to ensure proper filing
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and in closing filings
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in financial services or mortgage tasks
- 2+ years handling US loan or mortgage tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Knowledge of liens and closing docs is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience in financial services
