Manager - Enterprise Reporting & Analytics Lead

📋 Description

• Own the design, development, and modernization of Riveron’s reporting and analytics layer across
• Lead enterprise-level analytics; build high-quality dashboards and semantic models; partner with
• Move from fragmented reporting to enterprise-grade analytics products with governance and
• Modernize month-end reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting with automation.
• Create executive-ready dashboards with strong UX, data quality, and documentation.
• Collaborate with AI product engineers for natural-language analytics and AI-assisted insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–9 years in BI, enterprise reporting, analytics, or finance analytics.
• Strong hands-on Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling, Power Query) and dashboard performance
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling concepts.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards and operational reporting products.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting logic.
• Attention to data quality, reconciliation, documentation, and user adoption.
