📋 Description
- Lead regional migration strategy for large-scale EDW migrations to Databricks.
- Design and drive the technical GTM and adoption strategy with GTM teams.
- Develop scalable migration processes and assets for field teams.
- Build automated assessment tooling from customer engagements.
- Act as tier-3 escalation for complex migrations in EMEA.
- Mentor regional Solutions Architects to scale the practice.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing pre-sales/architect/consulting roles.
- Legacy EDW modernization knowledge (Teradata, Netezza, Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift, Exadata).
- Experience migrating workloads to Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Hands-on Spark, Python and SQL; strong SQL analytics exposure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Public Cloud design: AWS, Azure or GCP.
