Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product surface for creators to connect, teach, and retain learners
• Shape engagement by enabling ongoing creator-learner relationships
• Build features for live guidance, Q&A, announcements, and direct messaging
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to scale Creator Communities
• Lead cross-functional efforts across Coursera + Udemy ecosystem
• Own metrics that matter and drive iteration at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building products in EdTech or learning tech
• Experience with B2B2C models and creator tooling
• Exposure to AI-driven features, content generation, and personalization
• Strong collaboration with Product, Eng, Finance, and Content teams
• Ability to ship with speed and impact in a distributed environment
