📋 Description
- Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
- Diagnose/mend mechanical and electromechanical issues to reduce downtime.
- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance, upgrades, retrofits.
- Train customers on machine operation and best practices.
- Document service activities; feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with service, engineering, and sales teams for quality.
🎯 Requirements
- Mechanical education or equivalent hands-on field service exp.
- Minimum 5 years field service experience.
- Hands-on mech systems: pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment.
- Understanding of electrical systems/controls desirable.
- Adaptable to industrial environments and travel up to 80% in EMEA.
- Independent, solution-oriented; good communication; English.
