📋 Description

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions for
• Serve as primary technical advisor through Claude adoption, from discovery to deployment
• Coordinate across teams to drive customer success and scalable Claude architectures
• Develop evaluations and content demonstrating Claude capabilities for diverse audiences
• Guide integration of Claude into clients' tech stacks and measure performance
• Travel occasionally for workshops and technical deep dives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to executives and engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
• Comfortable with Python; familiarity with LLM frameworks and ML/data science is a plus
• Ability to translate customer requirements between technical and business stakeholders
