📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage sophisticated BI solutions (dashboards, reports, datasets
• Partner with Product, Actuarial & Advanced Analytics, Underwriting, and other insurance
• Audit, reconcile, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and integrity of BI deliverables.
• Translate findings into practical recommendations for business stakeholders and leaders.
• Automate reporting activities and build reusable BI solutions.
• Serve as the Power BI SME, guiding visualization, data modeling, and BI best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–7 years in data analytics or BI.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, data visualization, and Power BI; Power BI SME
• Experience with Tableau or other BI platforms a plus.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Notebooks, Pipelines
• Strong understanding of database structures, data architecture; strong problem-solving and
