🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend systems.
• Experience with blockchain networks, smart contracts, and Web3 technologies.
• Extensive hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience with polyglot stacks.
• Expertise in API-first architecture, REST, microservices, and distributed patterns.
• Strong knowledge of concurrent, multi-threaded, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, tracing, metrics, and observability.
