Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and end-to-end WFM solutions using UKG ProWFM.
• Act as technical SME for WFM implementations, upgrades, and large deployments.
• Architect integrations between WFM and HRIS/payroll/ERP/reporting/time-tracking.
• Design scalable, secure integrations with Boomi, MuleSoft, BTP.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish and improve implementation processes and delivery practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technology experience, 3+ years UKG/Kronos ProWFM implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Cloud app design experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• AI in business workflows; familiarity with LLMs, RPA, ML.
• Java and Python programming; API design and event-driven systems.
• REST APIs, web services, API management, observability.
