Senior Central Monitor

📋 Description

• Lead RBQM development and plan design with cross-functional teams for each study
• Conduct study risk assessments and mitigation planning with functional leads
• Perform centralized statistical monitoring and data analysis to detect anomalies
• Lead monthly RBQM meetings, review data, and coordinate data cleaning
• Ensure data quality and integrity through proactive monitoring and interventions
• Collaborate with clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, and sponsors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, statistics, data management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in clinical monitoring or clinical trial management
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP and clinical development process
• Excellent communication, organization, and English language skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team; strong RBQM knowledge
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data monitoring tools
