📋 Description

• Lead AI and automation roadmap across functions and countries
• Translate requirements into automation, analytics and AI designs
• Own full delivery lifecycle from feasibility to benefits review
• Establish governance for data privacy, security and adoption
• Build internal capability and reusable templates
• Evaluate external vendors for fit and sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Analytics or related
• 8–10 years in digital transformation, automation or AI-enabled delivery
• Proven cross-functional automation leadership and governance
• Experience in regulated/ enterprise environments
• Preferred: Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power BI certs, PMP/Agile
• English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
