Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Insights

📋 Description

• Lead reporting and insights strategy across multi-surface systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, Sales, CS, Security, Legal, and
• Own payroll-grade reporting foundations: standard reports, exports, reconciliation, lineage, and
• Develop AI-enabled insights while keeping outputs explainable and compliant.
• Drive cross-functional execution to deliver scalable reporting solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-Level Experience: PM with focus on reporting/analytics/data platforms or insights products.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code (Required): Build, debug, ship prototypes and understand
• Data Understanding & Fluency (Required): End-to-end data literacy, SQL capabilities, metrics
• Customer Focus: Empathy for customer workflows.
• Stakeholder Management: Align cross-functional teams.
• Strong UX Sensibilities: Create simple, trustworthy data experiences.
