• Lead and coach our Event Specialists/Coordinators
• Support Territory Managers with regional events and large activations
• Set production standards and ensure on-the-day delivery and follow-up
• Measure event ROI and pipeline impact

• Proven experience delivering events across a range of scales
• Commercial mindset focused on pipeline and cost per opportunity
• Experience leading and coaching a team
• Comfortable being onsite with farmers and field teams
• Strong collaboration with marketing and sales functions
