Senior Engineer, Full-Stack (Ruby on Rails)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and enhance product across stack: Rails backends, APIs, dealer web apps, React
• Own architectural decisions and long-term technical direction.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain features from concept to production.
• Contribute to APIs and SDKs to support developer platform and integrations.
• Collaborate with customers and dealer groups to translate feedback into improvements.
• Partner with product to evaluate feasibility, provide estimates, and shape features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production web apps with Ruby on Rails and RSpec.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript and React; React Native experience valuable.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational data models.
• Familiarity with REST APIs; comfortable owning full-stack projects.
• AUTONOMY in small, fast-moving teams; strong communication skills.
• Experience with React Native or other mobile development is a plus.
