📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with commercial and risk management processes, including
• Support senior leadership with market research covering customer segments, competitive dynamics
• Identify, assess, and manage technical and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle, from
• Develop and promote practical risk mitigation strategies that enable leadership teams to make
• Develop and refine pricing strategies that balance commercial opportunities with the organization’s
• Review and validate the accuracy and completeness of commercial and engineering information

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in commercial management, contract management, risk management, or a related
• Demonstrated experience negotiating large-scale, high-value contracts, including non-standard
• Strong understanding of commercial risk assessment, mitigation strategies, contract governance, and
• Proven ability to break down complex problems, develop creative and commercially sound solutions
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership and
• Experience working across international markets, with an understanding of different contracting
