📋 Description

• Lead the development of a web application and blockchain-based infrastructure to accelerate
• Make engineering decisions that support product roadmap, scalability, reliability, and long-term
• Contribute to design of the platform's cryptoeconomic structure and reward mechanisms.
• Establish scalable engineering practices, processes, and quality standards for growth.
• Shape technical direction and product vision as a founding member of the engineering org.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team after product-market fit.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building scalable, testable, high-quality web or mobile applications.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to make sound technical decisions in an
• Experience building or leading high-quality engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with clear, concise articulation.
• Ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously while aligning with product goals.
• Experience with Django and React is highly desirable; React Native and Solidity/ethereum knowledge
