• Riveron is seeking a Manager – Resource Management to serve as a strategic partner to practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years total experience, 5+ in resource management, workforce planning, or related function
• Strong English communication (verbal/written)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
• Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills; trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Experience leading/developing teams with coaching and feedback
