📋 Description

• Analyse business challenges and derive actionable recommendations
• Develop structured decision bases and management-oriented recommendations
• Create quantitative models and business cases
• Identify and prioritize levers with Engineering, Service, or Installation
• Implement solutions and drive their development
• Build dashboards and automate reports and processes with BI

🎯 Requirements

• Studies in a business-focused, technical or quantitative field with an analytical focus
• First exposure to data-driven topics (analytics, Controlling, Consulting or Operations)
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; structured, precise, and able to communicate results clearly
• Interest in using AI and automation tools for analyses and operations
• High quality standards, responsibility and proactive work style
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
