Support Specialist, Data (Multilingual)

📋 Description

• Provide data product support to clients from diverse organizations (e.g., sports leagues).
• Understand client pain points and help them maximize Hudl solutions.
• Engage with users via video, email, and other channels with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborate with product teams to advocate for customer needs and share insights.
• Work with multilingual clients, focusing on English plus another European language.

🎯 Requirements

• Data fluent. Proficient in Python or R for coding with strong SQL for data cleaning/manipulation.
• Client-focused communicator. Confident in engaging with users and explaining solutions clearly.
• Problem solver. Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver reliable support.
• Team player. Adaptable in dynamic environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Multilingual. Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• Nice-to-haves: data analytics certifications, sports analytics experience, experience with video
