• Advise internal stakeholders to inform and develop public policy positions
• Translate complex policy issues into effective advocacy strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with Members of the Senate Republican conference
• Identify targets and engage stakeholders to align with Anthropic's priorities
• Collaborate with Federal Affairs to align strategy with policy, comms, legal, and exec teams
• Maintain accountability with leadership on outcomes and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Policy experience in government or as an advocate
• Established relationships with key policymakers in the Senate
• Policy drafting, memos, and briefing materials for leaders
• Experience running multi-dimensional policy campaigns
• Ability to translate objectives into executable plans with milestones
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Washington, DC
