• 4+ years in roles close to how commercial orgs run
• Domain grounding in CPG, retail, or consumer data
• Proven ability to persuade operators to change how they work
• Structured communicator; turns messy talks into decisions
• Comfort with ambiguity and client-site work
• Nice to have: experience on forward-deployed teams or early-stage products
