M365 Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a large Enterprise M365/Power Platform program for DHS component.
• Manage 15–20 resources; coordinate surge teams for priority initiatives.
• Oversee multiple concurrent development, governance, and admin workstreams.
• Provide Agile delivery leadership with Jira backlog, sprints, and reporting.
• Advise stakeholders on Microsoft changes, risks, and modernization opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in technology programs or IT service delivery.
• Strong M365/Power Platform knowledge; governance and admin experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and Agile delivery (Jira).
• Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences.
