Principal HRIM Architect - Reporting and Analytics

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy Workday reports, dashboards, surveys, and analytics
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions for regulatory needs.
• Develop and execute reporting analytics strategies; improve reporting catalog and HR analytics
• Identify automation/globalization opportunities; partner with HR leaders to implement improvements.
• Manage Workday upgrades, configuration updates, and testing for reliable operations.
• Support and optimize the Workday security framework including roles and access.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools and modules (analytics, dashboards
• 5+ years of professional experience working with data, reporting, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Report Writer, EIBs, and Workday platform.
• Experience developing and executing reporting strategies aligned with objectives and regulations.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into recommendations.
