📋 Description

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive scalable, secure, reliable services aligned with strategy.
• Oversee SDLC including architecture, testing, deployment, support.
• Guide distributed systems, APIs, microservices, integration patterns.
• Establish engineering standards for quality, security, scalability.
• Promote testing strategies and production reliability (SLOs/SLAs).

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s required (or 11+ years without degree).
• Financial services/payments/authorization domain exp.
• Strong in card-issuing and ISO8583 environments.
• Proven leadership of software teams in production systems.
• Distributed systems, APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD, observability.
