• 10+ years in BD/sales in adtech/martech/digital media
• Proven track record scaling a BD/sales team
• Established US agency/brand relationships
• Strong commercial acumen, revenue ownership
• Experience in high-growth, startup-like enviroments
• Excellent stakeholder management; cross-functional work
