📋 Description

• Drive execution of the enterprise data and analytics strategy with governance and community support.
• Provide data, analytics, reporting, governance, and AI expertise across initiatives with
• Promote reuse of standards, tools, and lessons learned to improve delivery efficiency.
• Build organizational capabilities to scale data and analytics investments.
• Lead business-led data governance and stewardship expansion.
• Build a Data Champion community with operating model and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, governance, or related fields.
• Succesful track record leading cross-functional initiatives with outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong exec communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder mgmt.
• Experience partnering between business and technology teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, complex environments while leading change.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: $152,000–$220,000 USD.
