📋 Description

• Lead development of a web application and blockchain-based infrastructure for scientific research
• Make engineering decisions that support product roadmap, scalability, reliability, and long-term
• Contribute to platform design including cryptoeconomic structures and reward mechanisms.
• Establish scalable engineering practices, processes, and quality standards.
• Shape technical direction and product vision as a founding member of the engineering org.
• Help recruit and lead a high-performing engineering team after product-market fit.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building scalable, testable, high-quality web or mobile apps.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Demonstrated experience building or leading high-quality engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and autonomous execution.
• Experience with Django and React is highly desirable; React Native a plus; Solidity/ Ethereum
