Technical Program Manager – Finance Systems (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• You report into Finance engineering's leadership as a senior individual contributor, the first hire
• You partner closely with those other businesses, often before they even think to loop Finance in
• You design how requirements get implemented across SAP and the systems around it, close enough to
• You act as the trusted point of contact between requirement owners and the engineering teams
• You use AI tooling as a genuine lever in how you work, drafting first-pass specs from scattered
• You bring open questions to leadership with a clear proposed way forward, and when a call needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical program or project management, business/systems analysis, or
• Ability to read compliance or business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Familiarity with SAP and integration concepts across SAP and related systems
• AI tooling experience to accelerate solution design and testing
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple teams
• Rigorous verification of requirements and clear, direct communication of risks
