📋 Description

• It's an Individual Contributor role to manage R2R quality metrics via SLAs, performance metrics
• Provide technical accounting support for the R2R function; act as SME for the team.
• Support projects related to Efficiency, Controls, Transformation, Metrics & Governance within
• Deliver, standardize, and drive efficiency in record-to-report, banking, fixed assets & FinOps
• Manage banking activities quality, audit & compliance activities.
• Maintain best-in-class processes with Business Finance & Global COE on policies & processes.

🎯 Requirements

• CA / CMA (CWA) / CPA Qualified
• 5+ years relevant experience in a medium/large multinational
• US-GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge
• ERP/Reporting/Reconciliation systems experience (SAP / Blackline preferred)
• Experience in Process Improvements / Automations; project management preferred
• Problem solving, strong communication, team player, leadership traits
