• Supporting the Account Management team to strengthen client relationships and ensure high-quality
• Ensuring smooth daily operations by keeping documentation and processes updated.
• Monitoring KPIs and using internal tools like the CRM to keep indicators up to date.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and coordination.

• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in commercial environments, risk analysis, and operations.
• University studies in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance or similar.
• Very good command of Spanish and English (B2–C1).
