📋 Description
- Support Hyderabad Marketing Operations daily needs
- Configure promotions, rewards, campaigns
- Collaborate with Proposition, Content, Operations teams
- Ensure quality, reduce errors in promotions
- Provide updates to Team Lead and manage incidents
- Assist Customer Services with escalations
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with HYD Marketing Ops tools: PAT, Backoffice, EDS, BO 2.0, CSM
- Familiar with Content tools: HTML, CSS, Sitecore
- Able to work weekends/shifts and collaborate across teams
- Solid communication and process improvement mindset
