• Own full-stack delivery: From brief to backend services, API integrations, data connections, and

• Develop human-on-the-loop experiences: Interfaces to inspect agent traces, review outputs, adjust
• Build a shared design system: reusable components for AI experiences including streaming outputs
• Define AI interaction standards: Reusable UX patterns for real-time knowledge retrieval
• Improve usability through research: Lightweight user research and usability testing; incorporate

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack engineering experience: backend services, data/API integration, polished frontend within
• AI product experience:Production experience with AI-powered systems, streaming interfaces, agent
• Frontend expertise: Strong React experience, modern frontend framework, design systems.
• Design-to-code capability: Move between Figma and production code with strong UX instincts.
• AI systems understanding: Understand non-deterministic AI and ensure observability, inspection
• Agent observability: Experience with tools like Langfuse, LangSmith, Phoenix, Arize, or similar.
