Facilities Technician

📋 Description

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support of building systems and fix minor defects.
• Supervise and escort specialists and subcontractors working with building tech systems.
• Monitor and replace light bulbs in assigned facilities as needed.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs as necessary.
• Carry out basic electrical work and determine when an electrician is required.
• Perform basic cosmetic repairs (e.g., wall painting, putty).

🎯 Requirements

• Secondary or vocational education required.
• English Speaker.
• At least 2 years of experience in building systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel.
