Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Insights

📋 Description

• Lead strategy and roadmap for multi-surface reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, Sales, CS
• Drive AI-enabled insights while ensuring explainability and compliance.
• Own payroll-grade reporting foundations (reports, exports, lineage, permissions, observability).

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-Level Experience in product management focused on reporting, analytics, data platforms
• Hands-on proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code; ability to build, debug, and ship functional
• Strong data literacy across models/schema, joins, aggregations, and data quality issues.
• Ability to read/write SQL to validate results and partner with Data/Engineering on definitions and
• Customer focus, stakeholder management, and strong UX sensibilities for complex data workflows.
• Excellent communication skills; business-level English proficiency; domain knowledge in
