• Upload and format blog articles on the website (AU & US audiences)

• Ensure blogs are properly structured with headings, images, and links

• Assist with blog banners and formatting

• Coordinate blog publishing with the marketing team

Website Updates

• Assist with website content updates and page edits

• Upload new content such as articles, announcements, and press releases

• Support updates for website banners and visuals

• Help maintain website content organization

Email Marketing

• Assist with formatting and preparing email newsletters

• Upload email campaigns into the email marketing platform

• Support the design and placement of newsletter banners and visuals

• Assist with email signature updates

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Support preparation for marketing campaigns and launches

• Coordinate assets and materials needed for campaigns

• Assist with tracking basic campaign performance metrics

Social Media Collaboration

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and team

• Assist in preparing content for social media campaigns

• Help schedule posts when needed

• Support social media activities related to campaign launches

Internal & External Events

• Assist with communications for internal team events (birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations)

• Support announcements for external events and community initiatives

• Help prepare visuals or content needed for event promotions

Community & Engagement Support

• Assist with Facebook group activities and community posts

• Monitor engagement and help organize community campaigns
