📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional software team for Altitude platform.
• Drive design and delivery of scalable, data-driven features for public/private sector clients.
• Collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and UX designers to ship features end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in CS, SWE, or related field.
• 4+ years in software development with OO programming for scalable apps.
• Leadership experience in team settings; coaching and performance management of direct reports.
• Experience with full-stack tech and AI-driven development workflows.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on with modern stack (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/React/Next.js, Node.js, Go, Python) and dev tools
