📋 Description
- Own accounting deployment end-to-end across multiple deployments
- Drive accounting portion from late-stage handoff to post-launch
- Ensure accuracy and readiness of accounting workflows
- Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning with senior stakeholders
- Configure systems and data inputs for clean transitions
- Build scalable playbooks and collaborate with Product/Engineering
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product, or founder/operator roles
- Background in accounting/finance in high-growth tech environments
- Experience managing complex, client-facing implementations
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (GL, reconciliations, close)
- Own data/configuration work and multi-deployment management
- Excellent communicator with senior finance stakeholders
